FLIP-TOP CAPS: FOR A QUICKER, SMALLER HIT, USE THE FLIP UP OPTION. FOR A STRONGER HIT, TAKE THE CAP OFF.

DOUBLE BARREL: YOU CAN USE EITHER SIDE BY ITSELF, OR USE THEM BOTH TOGETHER FOR A MORE INTENSE HIT. THE SMALLER SIDE WILL GIVE A SMALLER, BUT SCENTED HIT, AND THE LARGER SIDE WILL GIVE A STRONG HIT. DEAD PULL: APPLY ONLY TO THE FRONT OF THE THINGS TO REDUCE FRICTION OF THE BAR AGAINST YOUR SKIN WHEN DEADLIFTING. DON’T GET IN ON YOUR HANDS, OR IT WILL MAKE HOLDING ON THE BAR DIFFICULT.
